there is a lot that is perceived as holding us back. dont help that negative energy by allowing yourself to believe there is anything you cant do. this life is too short to not root for yourself as hard as you can.

I hate to quote Oprah and this isn’t particularly poetic, but the message has always stuck with me. (Or I should say my interpretation of it.)
Life and it’s progression is deeper than just fighting your fears. The quote reminds me to search for the reason, the origin of said fear. Treat the illness not just the symptoms.
Once you dig that body up and make peace with it the spirts will leave you alone. OR, at least you can see those fuckers coming, which is half the battle.
It’s important to understand why we fear. It is the first step toward concurring our destiny.
That said… “Just Do It”
looks way better on a t-shirt.
